What we do together:

• Guided Preparation: I send you a "Memory Sparker" guide to help you choose the stories you most want to tell.

• The Interview: 3 to 4 hours of focused, empathetic conversation with me (either in-person near Polzeath or via Video Call).

• The Foundation: You receive a structured summary and the recorded highlights of our session—the perfect "seed" for a future book or a cherished family record.
